What Oak Lane AI is

Oak Lane AI is a software assistant for real estate listing agents. It drafts listing marketing, weekly seller updates, and practice conversations, and it sends or publishes only what you approve. You must be a licensed real estate professional, or working for one, to use it.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Enter only listings and sellers you are authorized to represent.
• One agent per account. Team plans come with Pro.

Trial and billing

• The trial is 14 days, free, no card required. During the trial you can copy and post everything by hand. Automatic delivery and posting are off.
• Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. The founding-member offer is a discount on the first month of the Solo plan.
• Cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months. The 60-day guarantee below is separate.
• Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.

The 60-day guarantee

If Oak Lane does not stick, we buy you dinner.

• It covers your first paid subscription. One guarantee per agent.
• For the first 60 days after your first payment, use Tour Studio to create and post a listing tour at least twice a week.
• If you still decide it is not worth keeping, email hello@oaklaneai.com between day 60 and day 74 and tell us why.
• We will email you a $250 restaurant gift card within 14 days of your claim. You can cancel as usual.
• The guarantee is the gift card. It does not refund subscription fees.

You approve everything

Every email and every social post the assistant drafts waits for your approval. By approving, you confirm the content is accurate, that you have the right to send it, and that it complies with your MLS rules, brokerage policy, fair housing law, and advertising law in your market. Drafts are a starting point, not legal or professional advice.

AI-generated content

Drafts are written by an AI model from the facts you provide and public records. They can be wrong. Property facts, comparable sales, and value estimates are informational and may be incomplete or out of date. Check anything you rely on before you say it to a seller.

Acceptable use

• No spam. Send updates only to sellers who expect them, and honor every unsubscribe.
• No discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful content, and nothing that violates fair housing rules.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to access anyone else's account.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content, our service

What you enter and what the assistant drafts for you is yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. The service itself, its design, and its code are ours.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost commissions, lost listings, or other indirect losses.

Ending things

You can close your account any time. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are broken. Either way, you can export your kits and reports first.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect.
