An oak-lined residential street at golden hour

Your seller is checking Zillow every night. After a week of silence they start filling it themselves: with doubt, with a neighbor's opinion, with another agent's name. Oak Lane fills that silence first, every Monday at 8am.

Fair questions

Before you hand it your seller.

Will it ever email my seller without asking me?

No. Every seller email and every social post lands in your Review tab first. Nothing sends until you tap Approve, and you can edit or skip anything.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial includes listing chat, drafts, briefs, and text practice, no card. Paid plans include real seller delivery. Social publishing requires an available, connected account and your approval. Voice practice is exclusive to Pro and is rolling out separately.

Does it sound like me?

You pick a voice when you build your first kit, and every draft after that follows it. Change it any time and rebuild.

How does the showing-calendar feed work?

Subscribe once to see the showings you log in Oak Lane in your calendar app. This is a one-way feed: it does not read your inbox or the other events in your calendar.

What about MLS and fair housing rules?

Drafts are drafts. You review every word before it posts, the same way you would with an assistant at your desk. Public-record facts are pulled in, but the listing copy is yours to approve.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your billing page, and the month you paid for stays active until it ends. Your data stays yours. Ask and we delete it.
